What is B5?
B5 is software for travel and tourism operators, built by Blitz Armada and sold and supported in Egypt and the Gulf by ECDTAI. It connects reservations, operations, customer records, payments and accounting. Businesses choose modules for transfers and chauffeur hire, airport meet-and-assist, accommodation, and tours and activities. The application is available in Arabic and English.
Which trips can we book?
Airport arrivals and departures, city rides and chauffeur hire by the day for up to 60 days, alongside hospitality and airport meet-and-assist in the same customer basket.
How does pricing work?
You price by the kilometre with a minimum distance, by the day, or as a fixed price between the cities, zones, places and airports you pin on the map. Set a minimum fare and rounding, schedule price changes from a chosen date, and import or export the full route matrix in Excel or CSV.
Can we dispatch to partner suppliers as well as our own drivers?
Yes. Partner companies and owner-drivers are set up with their own cars and agreed terms. Trips are assigned from the same board, suppliers are notified of each assignment, and settlements are calculated net of any cash their drivers collected.
How do customers pay?
Each service follows its confirmation policy: no payment, a deposit or the full amount. Customers pay online, or agents record cash, bank transfer or customer credit, and every payment and refund posts to the ledger.
How is our data protected?
Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's, and roles, permissions and an activity log control who sees and changes what.
Do we still need separate accounting software?
No. VAT invoices and credit notes, receivables, supplier bills, a double-entry general ledger, the trial balance, the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet are built in, and every payment and refund posts to your books as it happens.
How long is the free trial?
{days, plural, one {# day} other {# days}}: one trial for all the modules you choose when you sign up.
Do we need a card to start?
No. You enter your company details and verify your contact details with a code sent by WhatsApp or email.
