What is B5?

B5 is software for travel and tourism operators, built and hosted by Blitz Armada and sold by ECDTAI. It brings bookings, drivers and dispatch, finance, customers and communications into one workspace, with a module for each travel sector you run.

Where is B5 hosted and how is my data protected?

B5 is hosted and managed by Blitz: we run, monitor and back it up. Each organization's data is kept separate, every change is on record, and sign-in and sign-up are rate-limited.

Does B5 include AI?

Agentic AI is coming soon: the B5 assistant will suggest next steps and draft the work, and nothing happens until your team approves it. MCP channels and website and app generation are coming soon too.

Which travel sectors does B5 cover?

B5 has eight sector modules: limo, hospitality, FastTrack, car rentals, activities, packages, airline tickets and transportation. Every module includes the six business departments, and each one shows whether it is available now, in development or on the roadmap.

Which languages does B5 support?

The B5 application works in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout. This website is available in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, German, and Turkish.
